
About Me
Sarah Román Zygmont is an Ecuadorian-American actress, singer and teaching artist. She earned a BFA in Drama from NYU Tisch School of the Arts, training at the Atlantic Acting School and Stonestreet Studios. She has also completed the Roundabout Theater Company’s Theatrical Teaching Institute. She has appeared in a variety of the Atlantic Theater Company’s staged readings and off-Broadway workshops. She collaborates and compassionately engages with students as a teaching artist. Some of her favorite acting credits include Marisol (Marisol), Rent (Maureen), Mr. Burns: A Post-Electric Play (Bart) and an all-female rendition of Julius Caesar (Mark Antony). She also works supporting the executive team at the Hispanic Federation, the nation’s premier Latino nonprofit membership organization. She is bilingual, a proud Gryffindor, animal lover and Latin dance aficionado.
